Its been sometime we seen a good horror game as Outlast 2, Until Dawn or Resident Evil 7 (They are quite good as horror perspective). Well, some people not only want horror in a game they want some action too and a good story and a choice to be brave and face the enemies or silently crawl by them and hide as quick as you can this one gives us that choice of fight and flight. The Past Cure is an action Thriller which is developed by Phantom 8 Studio and blurs the very line between dreams and reality.The is to be launched on 23rd Feb 2018 on Playstation4, PC, and XboxOne.

Storyline

The story is about a guy Ian who was a former elite soldier who lives in a safe house with his brother.

He suffers from memory loss and the effects of experiments he was forced to go through, In an attempt to tap into the power of the mind his captors left him scarred with unrelenting nightmares, visions and very unstable powers like time manipulation and telekinesis. 

He got filled with a hunger to hunt all people responsible so he can ask them why they did what they did, aided by his brother Ian set on a journey to find everyone responsible and hunt them as he steps into the underworld he got required to use his powers more and more to survive.

But he realizes with each use of his powers he becomes detached from the reality as his nightmares become more intense and real.

Gameplay

The game features intense cutscenes and twists and turns player is a broken man searching for the pieces of his ming player has to find missing objects on some points which makes the player to the edge of their seat and guessing what is happening in the story.

As the game feature of response selection which means the player decides to choose how he wants to approach the enemy by pulling out the gun and killing them like any game hero or pas by them like outlast which makes it more player oriented.

The game also features mind-bending abilities like time manipulation and astral projection to get a full past cure experience player must use all Ian's mind unlocked abilities on the hired bad guys.

As you use the powers more and more the nightmares also become intense which makes the game challenging action-packed combat in the real world and mind scratchy experience and puzzles in Ian's Nightmares.
It's going to be a very similar experience to Evil within series just replace guns with powers.
