Firstly let me clear something to you and yes it's a pretty old game now...  I don't like horror games because horror games and they creep you out with creepy places and still I tried Alien: Isolation recently hoping I will quit before even something really creepy but what happened really surprised me I kept on playing it on and on.
As I told I am very not a good horror game lover and still, I am writing this which means It's not about the only horror and there are other aspects for why should you play Alien: Isolation.

1.Story

So first thing in the game you will observe is it's not one of those games which focus on horror more and less on the story instead you will find out a very touching story in the game.

The story is basically of the sequel of the movie alien which was released in 1979 ( If you haven't seen it go see it, it's a classic alien type movie ) strangely first time the sequel of the movie is a game instead of an actual movie.
In the game, you play as the Ellen Ripley daughter of Amanda Ripley who is the protagonist from the 1979 alien movie and the story of game takes place 15 years later the events of the movie in the game Ellen is trying to find her mother who's ship was lost but recently something of it was found and kept at a space station every corner of which you will explore throughout the game so it has a great story and plot of a whole movie sequel which makes it worthy of a shot.

2.Graphics

The graphics are one of the highlights of the whole game seriously the graphics of the game with respect to when it came out is really impressive it all feels so awesome and real all that smoke you can see it as roam around the space station and beautifully designed corridors of it.

until you see enemies or an alien and start running like a child who has no idea where to go and die 9/10 times after getting caught and the alien has also seemed so real and shiny which makes it more terrific cause it's an alien it's there terrify you so good job mister alien you done it very well.

3.Environment

As The game takes place on a space station the environment you are going to see it apartments, dinner places, corridors and vent pipes of the rooms of the space station as you have to walk, sneak, hide and crawl through it.

which really makes it feels like a good movie and you can also see your feet while running and hands in which you hold detectors and weapons the environments are really cool and yet not that scary they actually kind of calm in the initial phase of the game and you really enjoy pulling switches and powering up stuff even it's kind of creepy and haunting but it just doesn't feel like it.

the graphics and sounds really make it feel natural you really feel being inside a movie sequel so it's another great thing about the game.

4.Gameplay

It's another main feature of the game as the gameplay makes or breaks the game and they really designed it to make you feel you what you are living inside of a big space station floating in the outer space overrun with aliens and people who are just trying to survive.
It's a first-person game which only makes the game more intense and thrilling as you have to run, hide and kill various types of antagonists like survivors who are trying survive in the station, androids cause you can't make an alien movie which takes place in outer space without starring androids in it ( it's kinda outer space trend or something ), and everyone's favorite the unkillable ( Seriously that thing doesn't die it just run away into vents ) hunter alien who kinda love to eat and kill everyone.
As the protagonist get hold of many types of weapons like a gun, a shotgun, and bolt gun etc. the game seriously wants you to be sacred so the reduced the ammo to the minimum so you will starve with fear as you use lockers to hide from the antagonists using vents and lockers.
The gameplay overall gives you an experience which you will never forget for quite some time and also get the benefit of playing a game and watching a sequel at the same time.

So now you kinda know what the gaming experience going to be like which is quite awesome and the game itself is just more than simple horror game it's a thriller movie which is also a sequel to a previous alien movie.

When you able to finish the campaign mode you can try out survival mode in which you have to complete objectives without getting caught and one of very highlighting thing about the alien in the game is it doesn't just walk anywhere or in a defined route it detects sound and follow your trail and adapt to your hiding pattern.

The detector can be used to know the location of the moving alien but it will also attract the alien towards so it's also a risk to even check where it is overall it's a really good experience and you should try it in VR for more awesome experience you won't regret it and the game it all about experience it's not some made up rubbish and it also delivers a great experience which you always wanted from an alien movie or fantasy of living inside a sequel of alien space station movie.

I don't if anyone is familiar with the Metro FPS game series those who are great who are not Metro is an FPS game series which is set in a post-apocalyptic future where people live underground due to radiation and alien attacks (you know alien and apocalypse stuff is essential for a good game set in future otherwise how you will get the opportunity to shoot bad people).
It's been 5 years since we seen a new Metro game and also everyone is too busy at CSGO and Fortnite Battle Royal now here they return to dig up the dead zombie corpse and try to bring it back to life with 3rd entry in the series Metro Exodus which is developed by 4A Games and published by Deep Silver the game is planned to be launch in the fourth quarter of 2018 on Playstation4, XboxOne, and PC .(It better be awesome or that zombie is staying dead forever possibly as everyone has lots of games which let them kill people on internet).

The game is an FPS game and the game is filled with foes who are humans and aliens you have to kill and push against (Like any sci-fi movie or game ) That's how most games are good yet (find targets and shoot them).

They use a Locomotive known as Aroura to move one place to another as we the events of the game happen through the course of a whole year and we see how first Nuclear Winters will look like (if it happens hope never happens).

The story is looking good so far hopefully this will be a good game on its way.

Its been sometime we seen a good horror game as Outlast 2, Until Dawn or Resident Evil 7 (They are quite good as horror perspective). Well, some people not only want horror in a game they want some action too and a good story and a choice to be brave and face the enemies or silently crawl by them and hide as quick as you can this one gives us that choice of fight and flight. The Past Cure is an action Thriller which is developed by Phantom 8 Studio and blurs the very line between dreams and reality.The is to be launched on 23rd Feb 2018 on Playstation4, PC, and XboxOne.

Storyline

The story is about a guy Ian who was a former elite soldier who lives in a safe house with his brother.

He suffers from memory loss and the effects of experiments he was forced to go through, In an attempt to tap into the power of the mind his captors left him scarred with unrelenting nightmares, visions and very unstable powers like time manipulation and telekinesis. 

He got filled with a hunger to hunt all people responsible so he can ask them why they did what they did, aided by his brother Ian set on a journey to find everyone responsible and hunt them as he steps into the underworld he got required to use his powers more and more to survive.

But he realizes with each use of his powers he becomes detached from the reality as his nightmares become more intense and real.
