Biggest Video Game Hits Of 2018

So as this year comes to a final end like all those before it... we gamers feel blessed for the games we played and able to experience this year... so here we are at the end looking back and hoping for more great games next year...  this year was amazing indeed in case of games this year was rain of amazing games which left us stunned ( this was literal case for PC users cause The God Of War...wink )...
So with so many great games overwhelming us and leaving us confused and thinking what to play...
It's easy to forget which best ones came out... can't blame you there was so many of them...
Here's a list of games which became Hit Games of 2018.

1.Assassin's Creed Odyssey

So Assassin's Creed series has almost always been a constant in all the years after it's the first launch of the first game and this year they took us back to the Athenian era where we discover the war going on between Sparta and Athens.
The graphics and details are enhanced in an edition with the biggest map of all time in the assassins creed game franchise the game came with a whole lot's of new things like famous spartan kick and more RPG elements and the more content is also on its way next year so stay tuned...

2.God Of War

Obviously, how can we forget the Game Of The Year when counting the best gems of 2018 without a doubt god of war is the best reboot of the franchise and it surprised all of us... we never realized the potential of the god of war franchise like the developers did salute to them and I hope we see more amazing content form them too...
And gamer pals or gals who play on PC I feel bad for you... and I share the same pain as I too game on PC.

3.Shadow Of The Tomb Raider

The tomb raider franchise has been around for like 20 years for now and it significantly improved itself and evolved into something its fans love and adore... and this year the reboot trilogy got completed with the launch of Shadow Of The Tomb Raider.

The Shadow Of The Tomb Raider is the third game in series and a sequel to 2013 reboot and rise of the tomb raider... the game introduced some new things to the gameplay as this time Lara is stopping a Mayan apocalypse.. well and this year she was easily a shining star.

And for future, the game developers are working nicely as games seem to be improving and learning from mistakes... if they keep on going there's hardly any doubt it will become one of the great game franchises of all time.

4.Ni no Kuni 2  Revenant Kingdom

Talking of RPG's how can we forget one of the best RPG of 2018 The Ni no Kuni 2 Revenant kingdom is one of best RPG's you can get your hands on... the story is awesome, the action is awesome and they do all the great things without losing any old school RPG stuff which is beautifully fit's inside the game.

If you love RPG's just go ahead and buy Ni no Kuni 2 revenant kingdom you won't regret it...

5.FarCry 5

One of the most anticipated series of all time made it's come back this year. The Farcry 5 came earlier this year with much more of the blow everything to the bit's and stealthy as air combo with a new open world which everyone loved.
The game has awesome gameplay and lot's of fun things to do in its huge open world and when you get bored by that it also has DLC's so you ain't leaving this game anytime soon...

6.Call Of Duty Black Ops 4

As we all love the franchise from almost 17 ago when it was first launched and now it's gone really big and more awesome.. while being the same formula of hitting people in the face with any gun you can find or get beaten by 12-year-olds when you try to play it online...(Oh good old days).

If you are addicted to PUBG by now rest assure cause COD BO4 also have a battle royal mode and the zombies were never out the picture were they ??..

So, yeah that shooting old school obsession is back go and play it...

7.Detroit: Become Human

So, in middle of all these huge games which are action packed with everything... a game managed to stand out with a great story and unique gameplay, that game was Detroit Become Human... the game received praise for its story and gameplay.

The game has 3 main protagonists who are androids (Minor Spoilers) and trying to figure out their place in the futuristic world of Detroit in the future.

The story takes turns and twists based on your choices and any character can die anytime during the game and the story goes on which is a new concept in the storytelling of these games.

8.Battlefield V

Another FPS is here too that is Battlefield 5 which is also 17 ish year old and loved by FPS gamers around the world. 

Battlefield V Fullfills his promise of an awesome game as it always did in the past years increasing the realism and intensity of the gameplay with scarcity.

The game also has a cooperative mode which was not seen after BF3 in which you and your 3 friends can undertake missions together..

Battlefield V tells the stories of war as it always did... 3 of which are available at the purchase of the game.

9.SpiderMan 2018

Nope, I didn't forget about the latest PS4 and Marvel Sensation... The game made a lot of hype for itself this year and amazingly lived up to it too.

The game was an Amazing Bombshell of gameplay which is really refined...by the creators with the new parkour style swinging actions and spider suits.

The received a lot's of praise for its presentation of NewYork, Web shooting/swinging mechanics and narration of the story.

The game also broke several records as it sold 3.3 million copies in its first 3 days of sales.

10. Red Dead Redemption 2 

When Rockstar Games released GTA V a few years back we thought this is the best game we ever played but this time Rockstar really did outdo itself when it launched Red Dead Redemption 2.

The Rockstar's well-awaited game gem of the year on PS4 (Yeah, I feel your pain PC gamers) The game has an enormous open world in which you are very free to roam, hunt, and do other million things Rockstar put in there (you can have a pet horse and you can hunt animals or play poker all day who cares??).

This was another amazing game we received this year...(Now, I really feel bad for the people who decide The Game Of The Year all of these are amazing).

So there you go Biggest hits of 2018...and now we step into a new year hoping for even awesome games in 2019.

Celeste : A lot More Than Just A Puzzle Mountain Climber

Firstly, sorry it's been some time since the last article about games... cause I have been playing games..(I love games can't control it and you know it cause you do it too)... so moving one Celeste is a game I recently finished (not entirely 100%) which is developed and published by Matt Make games (The Guys who made TowerFall).. the game released in January this year ( yeah I played it way late okay?)... and it received a lot's of praise for its design and story (I mean game has 10/10 on steam and 9/10 on Metacritic and ratings didn't go below 8/10 on anything... which is Surprising in 2018).
So I decided to give it a go... I am blown away by it, to be honest... and if you haven't played it please play it you won't regret it... it has something for all kind of gamers challenges, deep storytelling, unique gameplay you name it...so if you want to know more about it keep on reading...

The Story {minor spoilers ahead}

The Story of Celeste starts when our protagonist Madeline (You can change the name if you want) arrives at the Celeste mountain with the decision to climb the mountain and meets our first NPC of the game who lives on the mountain granny (she a bit mysterious kind of person) she warns Madeline and questions her decision to climb the mountain tells her that she may see things on the mountain she is not to see.

But Madeline ignores her and keep on going... Madeline keep climbing the mountain and reaches a camp where she meets another fellow climber Theo who is there for selfies? and tourism I guess (you remember that friend who posts a lot of stuff and pics he's that guy) and you take a selfie and talk a little about him and yourself revealing some of your past.

Then Madeline has a dream in which she proceeds into the mountain and finds a mirror from which a spirit like something escapes and we also get another glimpse of what happened in the past to her.

Later... Madeline found out that spirit who claims to be a part of her which escapes and Madeline realizes that Celeste is no ordinary mountain it has strange powers.

Then as the story continues you meet another and I think last NPC Mr.Oshiro who runs Celeste resort on the mount Celeste which hardly has any visitors and he got excited to see you and tries to keep you in the resort... but that's not how it ends.

Then we keep on climbing the mount Celeste and meet the NPC's again on the way reveal some more background about them... when Madeline reaches near the summit things get bad and she hit rock bottom (Sorry can't reveal major stuff don't want to ruin your suspense) then she rises up again and with little help climbs the mountain again and reaches the mountain and then she bakes a pie for everyone with the strawberries she collected along the way.

A year later she gets a call from granny that she found a cave and Madeline arrives again at the mountain to explore the secrets of the cave (can't tell you the secrets cause I don't know them either).

That's the complete story of Celeste minus the major spoilers... the great thing about Celeste is its storyline handles topics which are very hard to tackle and even hard to take on with a game like this...kind of platformer game yet developers beautifully weaved them into the game.. and those topics are Depression, Self-esteem, Inner demons and social media etc... it's amazing how they tackled the topic in between the storyline..you will be amazed too.

Gameplay {hard but not unbeatable}

So the gameplay is a big part of Celeste and you will realize as soon as you start playing it... it's tough as nails but not too much you have to navigate Madeline through a series of traps and puzzles to complete the chapter seems easy enough right?... well let's say it is an easier said than done type situation... they get harder as you progress through the level.. you can die when you touch any of the spikes and game will reset to the start of that section which basically starts at the bottom of that room only thankfully (because you are going to die a lot).

Madeline can perform a midair dash like hollow night and grab and climb on to a wall for a certain period of time before stamina runs out... will also gain a second dash later in the game but till then you have only one to use on everything... the dash can be only used once and must be reset by standing on ground or hitting objects like dash crystals etc.

There's a lot more than just traps and puzzles as all chapters also feature a certain amount of strawberries to collect which require you to really push it as a strawberries count collected only if you hit the solid ground after collecting them they change the ending based on the number of strawberries you collected throughout the whole game (I m sure they also have some achievements for those things too).

There's also a number of other things hidden throughout the levels like blue hearts which unlock post-game content and a tape with unlocks Side B of the chapters which are kind of tougher version of the the chapters (cause originals weren't challenging enough) and if you really push the limit's when you complete all side B levels Side C of chapters got unlocked which is tougher but shorter version of chapters.

And if you are thinking don't you get bored by all this answer is nope cause they push things after each chapter by adding new and additional mechanics...so no getting bored in this game that's for sure.

2.Mass Effect Series

Before BioWare sold it's soul to EA there's something which is known as video game sci-fi masterpiece which is the Mass Effect Trilogy which has Mass Effect 1, 2, and 3 and is recognized as one of most awesome games ever made which provided the gamers the experience of their childhood star trek dream i.e being a commander in the outer space which has it's own ship and embarks on a mission to save the galaxy.

so the Mass Effect Trilogy is the story of the Commander Shepard the commander of the ship Normandy ( yeah it sounds like food item ) in which you partner up with aliens of different races and places to play third-person shooter which bad alien guys who you will shoot without thinking twice that's and stop the mighty Reapers (A superior alien race who want to conquer it all) from eating the whole galaxy by forming an alliance of some other superior alien races and discovering the artifacts of Prometheans which is another superior ancient alien race wiped by the reapers.

The story is one of the highlights of the Mass Effect Trilogy so I recommend for a great experience it's a must play and now let's talk about Mass Effect Andromeda (Let's not go there it's not as epic as Trilogy) the latest installment in the Mass Effect series come with a lot's of changes and even more bugs so as it's different from the Masterpiece Trilogy let's leave it here.

This series was first started off as a resident evil sequel but it was so awesome and loved by fan they had to make it into a whole new Franchise DMC always been a very successful franchise and also a very popular among all the gamers.

The DMC is the story of Dante a half human half demon who have real sibling issues as for two games he fought his own brother without considering that there are demons who want to kill them both ( And He's Really Chilled About it  ).

The first game was released in 2001 and from then its become star in the beating demons with swords and guns genre which is really awesome and now as Devil may cry 5 is coming you can beat demons in more realistic graphics the game have some rules use guns, use guns and finish the game in 20 missions that's enough to nail every game they made let's hope DMC5 will be as awesome as previous games as they pick up the story of Nero from DMC 4.

The first installment of the game series was released in 2007 it didn't look so great then but it was good and a little more complex ( we are talking 2007 here and CD Project Red was also new ).

The game becomes radically better when it's sequel The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings was Released and it's storytelling and gameplay amused everyone and got praised.

Then CD Project Red Completed their most awesome and ambitious project yet the open world of the Witcher world and they completed it as we can see and thanks to them we got a masterpiece like Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

The Story Of Witcher Series Follows the main protagonist Geralt of Rivia who is a witcher by profession ( he kills monsters for money ) at the start of the first game his memory is wiped and he remembers nothing from his past.

 the world of witcher series is set in a place known as the continent a which is on war the world is as realistic as it is fictional there's plenty of racists and executions and hatred can be seen only because of the different races and the effects of war can be seen easily on the citizens.

as a witcher, you also get lot's of it so the storytelling of the Witcher series is amazing as you choose the dialogues and choose how the story will move forward.

Everything We Know About Anthem

So, for those who don't know about Anthem, Anthem is upcoming Online multiplayer action role-playing video game which is being developed by Bioware ( the guys behind dragon age and mass effect franchise ) and published by EA ( everyone knows these guys ) the game will be released on 22 February 2019 ( well, That's a long time away ) on platforms Xbox One, Windows, and PlayStation 4. Players will take on the role of a freelancer who's a part of the group of people who left them civilization to explore places around them ( Tourists with guns guys ).

so there's not much of a story which is revealed yet so we have to wait to learn what's story is going to be till then let's move on to the best highlight of the game That's Gameplay.

Gameplay

So the gameplay is the main highlight of the game the developers really created something good as it mixes up third-person shooter with action RPG elements in an open yet incomplete contiguous open world which you can share with up to three other players in which they take up the role of freelancers with fully customisable alien iron man suits which are called javelins which have 4 classes Ranger,, Colossus, Interceptor, and Storm.
The Ranger is an all balanced Javelin whereas Colossus a heavy duty juggernaut javelin as shown at E3 2018 and we don't know much about other two types of javelins players can build relationships with NPCs but they can't have any romantic relationships with them as it was in previous BioWare games.
The game features both Single play and co-operative multiplayer elements in a shared world that can have up to 4 players in the same team you can explore together with your friends and explore ruins and fight ruthless creatures and also experiencing world changing incidents like shaper storms.

Now some bonus information about Anthem

So, here's bonus information from the developers about the basic questions asked about the game and let's start... yes, all the players in the same team can have the same type of javelins (it's not like overwatch no one type per team thing ) but the team with similar types of javelins may face disadvantages at sometimes in game.

You can have more than one type of javelins in your pocket which means you are not forced to have one type of javelin for the whole game you can change them whenever you want as you will unlock more type of javelins as you will progress further in the story you can also build your own iron man suit collection yay!!.

The main difference in shape and sizes in the classes of javelins is that some weapons are can't be used by some types of javelins so you obviously can't use a mortar as a ranger otherwise it becomes too heavy and you unable fly or something like that so it's for good.

You can customize the javelins as much as you did cars in need for speed you can now do with javelins in Anthem which is really cool.

Another relief is there will be no loot boxes and no pay for the power you can earn your vanity items they also have purchase-able but you can also earn them isn't that awesome no cash grabs.

you will be able to upgrade you, human pilot, too and upgrade their abilities except you can't put a rocket launcher on them that's just for the suits.

The jets will generate heat and you need to find a way to cool it down by walking and turn them off or going underwater or through waterfalls.

Speaking of underwater there's a breath meter little water is good for jets too much will cause problems plus there's no combat underwater for now so there's not much to do underwater.

The game world is designed to have a Co-op experience in combat and a more personal story in your hub so you will complete story in your hub and explore with friends out in the world.

There's going to be a cipher an artificial human intelligence Jarvis in your Javelin ( So Ironman and awesome ).

There's no PvP at the launch they may add it later on which is good as it helps to focus on main exploring quests and stuff with friends.

One of many highlights of the main game world is it's left incomplete by its gods so it opens the door for developers to change the world as we progress in the game world so they may open new areas and stories whiles some surprises appear in the previously explored locations.

Strongholds in which you find enemies are going to be hard and not easy to complete so that breaks the thinking of Anthem is easy and is all about flying here and there and have fun which is too easy.

another great news is there will be no SEASONS PASS which is a amazing news as many good games hide stuff behind these season passes which make forbid a friend to play with others so now all of you friends will experience all the new stuff together no content wall is going to be there.

The lastly the dedicated servers will be used for everything outside the single player hub so you'll get to see same day/night cycle, weather, and events which keeps the whole group on the same track of progress.

Awesome Adventures Of Captain Spirit :- Review A Ride Back To Childhood

Well, I hope you guys finished captain spirit already if you didn't don't worry I am here to give you some insight what the game is like and about and read without worries no spoilers are coming except the ones which make you want to get your hands on captain spirit more quickly.

Story

As already told this is the story about Chris and his life who is a 9-year-old kid living in Beavers Creek, Oregon with his father ( who was a basketball player ) and both of them lost a person who they loved that is Chris's MOM (Who was a cartoonist ).

As the idea of being in a household without a mom breaks the heart and seems depressing the game tells the story it wants to tell and connections it wants you to feel beautifully you can't predict how characters will react to different actions or what great happens next.. the game depicted it so well you will love the experience of the story and you can walk around the home and interact with various things and sit or lay on places to listen to music, play with toys, and complete various quests which totally do what they meant to remind us of our pretty childhood days on a snow day ( If you don't have snow days well I feel bad for you but hey now you can experience it ).

Gameplay

So gameplay is pretty much like Life is Strange where you explore and uncover secret stuff which Chris is not meant to see but did cause we all have an awesome curiosity and that's beauty of it when you play as Chris you become a child and play with all toys ( And the sounds those different toys make which are actually made by Chris are hilariously cute ) and poke around with almost everything and find stuff make stuff and play in snow and use amazing imagination to visit different planets and you really start to care pretty much about Cris and his superpower which is Optimism, as his imagination makes monsters out of its fears and superpowers out of his Optimism you will love the activities you perform in the awesome adventures of captain spirit as they take you to your own childhood and all of them are easily relatable like treasure hunt ( We all know what is treasure to all of us like it is to Chris ) and you can use some special captain spirit actions  which highlight as you get closer.

Over the last decade or 2 decades, the games never stopped improving in all possible way even if it's storytelling, graphics, combat or open worlds.
Which result in lots of awesome games and lots of sequels of those games and sometimes games which are not too great before knocked it out of the park with awesome sequels which we admired even more and as it looks like that ain't stopping so here are 10 Game Sequels which took the franchise to a whole new levels.

1.Grand Theft Auto V

well, this one is one of the very obvious ones as Grand Theft Auto V broken all the records set by previous games already it obviously took the franchise to a new level for GTA games and other open world games too.

2.The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

This one is mentioned too many times what to do the game is like 8 years old now and people are still having fun in the world of Skyrim killing dragons and why wouldn't they the game is still pretty awesome with all those side quests and open world stuff.

Like the previous elder scroll games game has a story an open world but what really differentiates it from other games it the special abilities and magic stuff and all the side factions you can join or maybe the setting well it's not one thing which made Skyrim the rockstar of the elder scrolls series it a perfect mixture of all of them which made it one of most selling elder scroll game. ( For the record I also play it and it's a hell of a game try it! if you haven't already ).

3.Assassin's Creed Origins

This is a really recent game and one on which Ubisoft worked over for almost five years to polish it and make it awesome and incredible as it turns out it's the story of the origin of the assassin's creed which starts in Egypt 49 BCE they really knocked it out of the park in matter of location this time not because it's Egypt and there are mummies or something but they created the best and the biggest open world in the history of assassins creed.
The massively open world is filled with everything we thought of having in Egypt in that time and they really did a great job with graphics this time which is quite impressive as the game has beautiful environments and great views if you use Senu and fly everywhere like I did ( It was Cool ).
Assassin's Creed origins really knocked it out of the park and also it has a good amount of DLC's to keep you in front of your screens  ( I Still Miss Ezio love that guy ).

4.Devil May Cry (DMC)

I know I may get hate for this one because not many people are so happy with the reboot of the franchise with DMC but it really impacted the game in many ways and took it a new level of compacting controls and powers and they still have many elements of the previous games (Sword, Pizza, Ebony, and Ivory, only 20 missions) so they dumped it they just modified it in every way they saw fit ( I loved that Dante too his style and everything ).

So After 4 games in the series, the rebooted the series and changed the Dante the story and backstory too because I don't know maybe they run out of ideas or Ninja Theory demanded it and they made changes set the bar high for whole franchise and made us expect that upcoming DMC games will have controls and whatever formula they threw out of the window ( Maybe Nero too? they also threw him out of franchise too ) whatever you may expect or you like it or not they really set the bar high for upcoming DMC games.

5.Tomb Raider ( 2013 ) And Rise of the Tomb Raider

This franchise is as old as time I mean Lara Croft is hanging around for a while now you know and they are releasing Shadow of the tomb raider this year so we really don't know what to expect from the new game if the shadow of tomb raider going to be better than previous games it will make its place on 10 games which took the franchise to a whole new level part 2.

So why two games instead of one because both are amazing and they rebooted the series with 2013 version but knocked it out of the park with Rise of the Tomb Raider ( Comparisons are hard between good games what can I do ? phew.. ).

So in 2013 version, they introduced bows and different types of arrows which made combat part of the game really sick but it failed to provide explorer and story that much what we normally expect from such game.

Then they realized and fixed everything the rise of the tomb raider had better graphics more tombs to explore and you can now craft new stuff on spot and take quests from people the story was really long and awesome which really made the game worthwhile so let's see what they have in bag for Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

6. Castlevania: Lord of Shadows 2

I know this one is really one of those not much in headline type of game but this is a really Old ( I mean really old ) franchise but as it revolves around Dracula and he's Immortal so it's okay he won't getting aged or something.

Anyways after they did do the prequel in 2010 which was pretty cool and got length and story and everything but they didn't felt satisfied with it and thought this game can be a hell lot better and they did it they made the sequel which has everything and almost forgot about it ever since until recently they launched Ultimate edition for the reminder.

With the story and everything they have done a lot better than previous 41 titles ( Told you its old and when you have that much time and a really good game you really don't sit idle) so they finally delivered what was expected (Expect from that drinking blood of innocent people part that was really unnecessary ).

7.Resident Evil 7 BioHazard

Another old yet everyone's favorite game franchise ( We both know how much you love Resident Evil 4 ) in which you have fun while killing zombies or some kind of infected people which is really off topic with which they made the movies on.

So after all this time last year, the franchise finally returns to give us horror chills as you become Ethan looking for his wife and where the infection took and very weird road to put you out of your misery by becoming black veiny alien monsters ( seriously these guys have some weird zombie ideas ) as in case graphics, story and combat they really knocked it out of the park in this one and also giving full respect to previous ones by including item management feature in it and the game is still awesome scary.

8.Uncharted 4 A thief's End

The Uncharted series really have a habit of setting out of the park bar's since it arrived and they really made all other games feel shameful in a matter of storytelling, combat and Indiana Jones movie plots ( seriously they have great plots for it ).

After 3 games which brings Naughty Dogs lots of fortune, they thought why not knock it out the park so good so it becomes awesome for the last time before we run out of ideas for Nathan Drake because he was really getting old so they made the last game and really knocked it out of park and made every other action adventure games feel like they are for kids.

The Story and the story twists are awesome and they really did a good job mixing marriage issues with treasure hunting and to tell everyone best way to sort out problems better than talking while climbing strange places and hanging off the cliffs and that's how Naughty Dogs set the bar for the franchise with Nathan one last time ( because they still released Uncharted: A Lost Legacy and will be releasing Last Of Us 2 Soon)

9.Far Cry 5

This is another series which like to set the bars for everyone in FPS with the open world because most games like to recycle most of it formula and make lots of money with it in which you shoot the guys in the face without thinking as they also spent the same amount of time thinking about it which shatters as you turn on Far Cry which makes people cry from far as they keep knocking out of the park each time they release it.

The Far Cry 5 is most polished and the latest game in the franchise and it's pretty awesome by the 2018 standards they really do know how to make FPS games with open worlds as this time they make you the deputy of the Montana where a cult rules and you take on the father with help of the civilians which are also kind of fed up and will kill anyone as there are not only people to kill but also animals where you kill animals and collect resources.. so basically normal human behaviour and they really did a good job with graphics and story and first person action adventure.

10.God of War (2018)

I don't think I need to say much on this one we all seen it with our mouths wide open as God Of War released just a few days ago and rocked each and everyone with its awesome reboot it's one of best games ever made which is equally beautiful and also awesome in all ways.

Previous God Of War Games are revolved around killing and revenge but this time they really turned the tables by putting in other emotions as well as they knocked it out of the park with new father and son type Last of Us-ish story plot in which the God of war learns other emotions than anger and take on a role of father and also as a teacher so he can teach his son surviving and career choices like every other parent.

They knocked it out of the park with everything that's why game has so brilliant ratings they have an Awesome story, Awesome background Scores and Dragon Ball-ish combat fights and even awesome Boss fights this is the game which set a bar really high not for God Of War Franchise but for Every game coming out in 2018.

We all play video games all of which belongs to a different kind of category of gaming FPS ( first person shooter ), RPG ( role-playing games ),  MMO ( Massive multiplayer online  ), JRPG ( Japanese RPG ), Mystery, Horror, etc.
well love them we spent our lots on time into them and one such category is open world games and it's one of most loved category throughout gamers as they offer freedom and mysterious stuff we love which makes us wish that we can live in that game world well here are 10 open game worlds we love to live in.

1.Los Santos From Grand Theft Auto V

We all love Los Santos since grand theft auto San Andreas which was merged with San Francisco but anyways... now as we addicted to Los Santos by murdering its citizens 1000 times we surely love to live there not because we love to murder ( kind of yes ) but also because GTA V brings beautiful views which took our breath away and made us fall in love with it and stuff too you can go cycling, skydiving, run a triathlon or sit at home and watch TV all day no one is stopping you who don't want to live in that world ?.

There's a lot what makes Los Santos a world worth loving, isn't there? it's kind of better than real life Los Angeles or Hollywood and beach is way cooler in-game than in real life ( Believe me I spent lots of time at Los Santos beach watching sunsets and taking selfies with it ) they really did work hard at the game and as it seems they also made lot's of money along the way ( by making us looting all the banks in Los Santos ).

2. Skyrim from The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim

Well I know it's repeated a lot but it's a masterpiece what I can do? it's been 7 years since the release of everyone's favorite murder the dragon simulator along with other creepy creatures addiction and people are not going stop playing it until Bethesda finally releases elder scrolls VI and even after that oh the good games too addictive no matter how old they get ( People still play oblivion and it's even older than Skyrim ).

Well the world of Skyrim provides what is just right and needed an open world to explore while becoming a legendary hero of the long-told prophecy, talking to dragon's, catch moths, become an assassin ( like we haven't done that before ), a vampire or a werewolf, Read books, and become a detective as the game does make you do lots of clues and stuff.

Anyways the world of Skyrim is really addictive and we are totally up for living inside it as the game already put that feature so you can slowly forget your real life the world is huge and filled with amazing stuff and it's own literal life inside a game which makes it a world we love to live inside.

3.Egypt from Assassin's Creed Origins

Well, this one we can't deny as they really took their time polishing it and as it turns out they did a quite good job as assassin's creed origins have the biggest map than all the previous assassin's creed games which makes it take more of your time to explore it all.

They did put inside the game what we can expect from the time and Egypt to see like pharos, Egyptian statues, people doing slavery, various types of animals which can be found in the various parts of the game ( Kind of reminds of Far Cry series ), you borrow boats and sail through the Nile and also complete your childhood dream of using Pyramids of Giza as slide well they heard you and put everything in there and who wouldn't like to be in that world and learn and experience everything first hand.

Now you can also learn and game as they also put a discovery mode which is basically video game version of national geography along with DLC's.

4.Post-Apocalyptic Earth from Horizon Zero Dawn

This one is really related to us as there are chances of humanity run over by AI in like 100 years ( don't freak out someone will take care of it before that ) and we will be living in our own version of post-apocalyptic earth then yay??.

The open world of the horizon is filled with secret places to find and also huge and many robot dinos which immediately puts a smile on our faces as it makes us want to kill those poor machines who are just like animals for sweet sweet robot parts for our upgrades.

As there are many tribes in the post-apocalyptic earth and all of them live in harmony with mother nature well that's peaceful and less worry as we don't have to care about our Instagram accounts or any kind of social media which is kind of easy and simple life plus it's a really pretty world to be in (  which kinda good as you can't define many apocalyptic earth worlds as beautiful or pretty )  and that's why we will love to live in the world of horizon zero dawn.

5.Blocky world of Minecraft

This one is also an already being in the game type of thing like Skyrim you are already living it but virtually and don't regret living inside the game world literally and that applies nicely to Minecraft as many of us spent hours or maybe days mining or learning stuff in that blocky game world.

There are many reasons why we will love to live in the world of Minecraft ( it's a weird thought but here we are ) one of them is it's simple you don't have to worry about some story or something just survive one day and keep grinding until you understand how to make a map or a portal to neither and travel like a lot forever and never fear ageing or dying I suppose as you will just respawn and travel to different areas which are kinda cool and eat anything, fight zombies build traps and learn to make portions ( Hello skyrim, ) and build epic things well it's kind of dream world of lego's who don't want to live in a dream world?.

6. Fictional San Fransisco Bay Area from Watchdogs 2

Well this one is literally the real world you know basic San Francisco with a very accurate video game version which is kinda cool you play as a hacker fighting for a cause and finding the excuse for sneaking into companies and stole their sweet sweet data so you can poke them on social media by creating memes and leaking there pricy product for free.

Well, this is something obvious we all love to live in San Francisco but obviously, we can't cause population and money which gives living in the San Francisco based gameworld an edge over real one and plus hacking and awesome yo-yo skills who doesn't want live in an awesome world with hacking skills? 7. The Continent from Witcher 3 Wild Hunt

This is one of most beautiful open worlds of all time you know it's an amazing very vast open world in-between parallel dimensions you can travel where ever you want to go too far places listen to singers all day sitting in a bar all day or go on a journey on your horse or boat.

Imagine having a home in that kingdom a small house near mountains surrounded by fields and you can relax all day that's what make us fall in love with the game but as we forgot there are monsters to so sorry to interrupt your daydream you still have to struggle to survive in the beautiful world you know there's always something at expense so we wouldn't have any problem and we love to live in the world of the Witcher 3 if all monsters are killed by Geralt.

8.Future Earth from Detroit: Become Human

So as we gone to really far future we forgot the good one which can be one of many possibilities of the future start of which we are already seeing as AI is on the rise machine learning is on the rise and robots are also on the rise ( As Sophia become the first AI citizen of world ) so we may see this world of AI all around us hopefully in upcoming years.

The world of Detroit: become human is set in Detroit which we are not sure that it's going to be an open world or not but it's one of the worlds we love to live in as there is technology, high-speed internet, and it will be nice if there are no Human android free will against rule they deserve a life too.

9.The Pacific Ocean from Assassin's Creed Black Flag

As the game map is big and has lots of islands to visit and fishes to kill and that experience is kind of addictive about the game and it makes it the star feature of the game as the previous games in the franchise the game have some similarities but it different in lots of ways.

The game world is more than 80 % of the sea which contains hidden chests, treasures, and messages you can find in glass bottles and in an addition to that you can also do ship to ship battles in middle of real storms which is really cool and something you really can't do nowadays so that's a really awesome reason to live in one of the main cities of the game as a pirate or a sailor.

10. Revenant Kingdom from Ni No Kuni Revanant Kingdom

As we know the Ni No Kuni II Revenant Kingdom is recently released and it has this massive open world where players can explore villages, cities and other mysterious places which make the world interactive as its really huge and you encounter like a lot of enemies on the way.

The open world is beautiful the story is awesome and it has certain beautiful terrains like deserts and plains and having villages and cities in those environments is awesome and we will definitely love to be in one of their towns live their peacefully.
